1991-92 Upper Deck Jerry West Auto BGS Authentic 10 Auto Grade (card not graded, this is AUTO GRADE ONLY), this is a crack in the case, top right corner and bottom, looks like someone may have tried to remove the card from the grading case then decided not too.
